Nola Nesting was founded to help families in New Orleans access resources surrounding pregnancy, birth and postpartum by Amanda Devereux. Amanda is a nurse, doula, childbirth educator, and IBCLC lactation consultant.

Amanda has lobbied in Washington DC for maternal mental health, has participated in the March for Moms in DC, and is on the board of PSI Louisiana. She is also co-owner of BEST Doula Training, where she trains world changers.
